Our clinic is open for all dental procedures and the safety of our patients and staff is our number one priority. That’s why we have a strict COVID-19 prevention protocol in place. COVID-19 protocols are subject to change based on the recommendations from the province’s regulating bodies. Smile Plus is always adapting to new guidelines and following the recommended practice to keep patients and staff safe.

Precautions We Are Taking

Here are the ways we are taking extra measures to ensure a healthy, safe clinic.

Screening all patients for COVID-19 before bringing them into the clinic
Increased cleaning frequency of all of our medical equipment
Increased cleaning frequency of the reception area, including high-touch surfaces like point of sale machine and door handles
Reception area arranged to make social distancing easy
Our clinical team wears new, clean gowns, and masks for each patient
Air purifiers located around the clinic
Forms available to complete online before you come in for your appointment

What We’re Asking From You

We need your help to make sure everyone who visits Smile Plus stays healthy and safe. Here is what we ask our patients to do to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

If you feel unwell or have any symptoms, stay home
If you’ve recently had contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, stay home
Always wear a mask when you visit our clinic
Wash your hands and use hand sanitizer (provided) often
Try not to touch your face
Give us a friendly wave hello instead of a handshake
